Personal data of Speakers

  1. We will process your personal data that you submit in order to:
    • enter into a contract and execute our obligations from a contract that is executed between you and Miquido when you accept the Speaking at Mobiconf Terms & Conditions and submit your personal data  – on the grounds that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party;
    • inform of the course of Mobiconf, about the speakers, their bios, and talks in media (Internet, radio, TV, press, mobile apps) prior, during and for one year after Mobiconf ends – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller and in scope of your image
    • based on the consent you have granted;
    • exercise the legal claims or defense against them, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller.
    • answer to your contact requests when you use contact forms on Our Website  – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller;
    • marketing communication, including receiving Our newsletter – from the day you give your consent and up to the day you withdraw your consent;

Your following personal data: name, surname, image, e-mail address, bio, the subject of your speech and links to your social media profiles will be published and transferred only to the media in order to inform about the Mobiconf programme. Your personal data may also be transferred only to our data processors that we cooperate with on the basis of a contract or other legal act. Your personal data may also be transferred to the USA to entities with which we cooperate and which are subject to EU-US Privacy-Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework

    • from the day you submit them and up to the day we finish reviewing your submission and give you feedback about the results of your submission – in case you are not selected to be one of the speakers of Mobiconf;
    • from the day you submit them and up to the lapse of a period of a year after Mobiconf ends – in case you are selected to be one of the speakers of Mobiconf;
    • for the purposes of answering your contact request – from the day you submit your request and up to the time your request is answered or otherwise resolved;
    • in case your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent – from the day you give your consent and up to the day you withdraw your consent;
    • to enforce  the claims or defend against them – from the day you submit your data and up to the expiry of the statutes of limitations.

Personal data of Attendees

  1. We will process your personal data that you submit in order to:
    • enter into a contract and execute our obligations from a contract that is executed between you and Miquido when you accept the Mobiconf Registration Terms & Conditions and submit your personal data – on the grounds that processing is necessary to execute and to perform a contract  to which you are the party;
    • inform of the course of Mobiconf, about the speakers, their bios, and talks in media (Internet, radio, TV, press, mobile apps) prior, during and for one year after Mobiconf ends – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller, and after the expiry of our contract – on the grounds of Your consent;
    • provide you with commercial information from Miquido and Mobiconf sponsors and partners prior, during and for one year after the Mobiconf ends – on the grounds of Our legitimate interest as a data controller, and after the expiry of our contract – on the grounds of Your consent;
    • to enforce  the claims or defend against them , whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller.

    • from the day of your consent and up to the one year after Mobiconf or earlier if you withdraw your consent – if you agree to provide you with commercial information from Miquido or Mobiconf sponsors and partners.
    • for the purposes of answering your contact request – from the day you submit your request and up to the time your request is answered or otherwise resolved;
    • in case your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent – from the day you give your consent and up to the day you withdraw your consent;
    • to enforce  the claims or defend against them – from the day you submit your data and up to the expiry of the statutes of limitations.

Common Regulations for Speakers and Attendees

  1. You have the right to:
    • access your personal data and to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction of processing;
    • in a case when the legal basis of processing your data is Our legitimate interest as a data controller you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data;
    • receive a copy of your personal data;
    • in case your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time – this will not affect processing based on consent before its withdrawal; 
    • in case your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to Us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller;
    • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

    • On Our Website we have included social media plugins, which means that using Website, the IP address of your device and the browser ID you are using are transferred to social media providers. Thanks this integration, social media providers receive information that your browser has displayed Our Website, even if you do not have a profile with this social media provider or if you are not logged in at the same time.
